I was cleaning out my junk mail folder today and I noticed that it had eaten a few emails from customers that used our contact form! Grrr.
We take customer service very seriously and reply to emails, typically, that day or within 24 hours. If you haven't received a reply from us within that time frame then please assume that your message did not get to me. Instead, go ahead and email us directly at one of the two addresses below.
